Meet Our Team
Madan Gopal Bhattacharyya
Mentor
Madan Gopal Bhattacharyya is a fourth generation Gandhian socialist. His journey as a philanthropist started with Sarvodaya Movement in 1970. His quotes “we learn from the people”, walking on these lines, he truly became the people’s person. He acted as Honorary Secretary, West Bengal Sarvodaya Mandal till 2010. He joined Abhay Ashram, a Gandhian social work organization and worked there as Director (Social Work) till the year 1992 and still is a regularly active member.
The passion for people was so large that he founded his own organisation named as Centre for Total Development - CTD, a rural organization, established in 1987, in West Bengal. The organisation is thriving under his leadership.
His cardinal accolades being, Servant of The People award by then 12th President of India Pratibha Patil, Indian Medical Association (IMA), West Bengal awarded him the life time achievement award. In the year 2019, he received another life-time achievement award by Centre for Peace and Non-Violence, established by Guy de Mallac. Snaccooperative.

NAMAMI ROY
MANAGING & SETTLOR TRUSTEE
Namami Roy, is a founder and settlor trustee. In addition to her professional world of Interior Design, she pursues her passion for caring the persons in indigent circumstances with all her zeal and fieriness. She is the go getter for the Foundation.
You can describe Namami as an avid reader, interested traveller and an ardent photographer.
DR. DIPANJAN SUJIT ROY
TRUSTEE
Dr. Dipanjan Sujit Roy is co-founder and co-trustee.
A medical public health professional having more than 20 years of global experience.
His respectful association with various government agencies at International, National and State, is deep rooted.
Among his many accomplishments, he is the recipient of “Global Health Achievement – India” given by US Centres for Disease Control(CDC) and Chief of Army Staff commendation card.
Dr. Roy enjoys spending time with the community with endless passion and enthusiasm.
NARAYAN DATT NOUGAIN
TRUSTEE
Narayan Datt Nougain is co-founder and co- trustee. A postgraduate in journalism, has 30 years of experience in financial and marketing sectors at various levels. He also has a mix of vast experiences in the field of leadership in rural based community engagement networks.
Narayan Datt Nougain, a passionate worker, keeps a spirit of deep-rooted mindset in socio-entrepreneurial skills.

Jawed Habib is co-trustee.
